•Finishing touches• The renovation is pulling slowly into the station. I’m reaching the stage I’ve been planning and thinking about for years. Hanging the frames, placing the chachskis, creating the space. I love creating spaces. •Out my window• We woke up to a thick blanket of snow weighing heavy on those branches. It was quiet & beautiful. ❄️ ✨ Then it was two sweaty hours later of shoveling out and doing the hustle of suiting up my 3 small humans in a million layers so we could hit the sledding hills. I wanted to just crawl back under the covers and keep enjoying the view. •sledding• It was beautiful today after a fresh layer of snow and the bright sun shining. •Makers Gonna Make• My oldest has been asking to learn how to play Pokémon cards and I said if he saved his money he could buy a deck and play. We researched a starter deck, priced it out and then he set a goal for how much money he needed to earn.🤑 ✨ After a few days, he was getting antsy as it was taking longer to earn the money and he wanted to play now. So, he spent the morning making his own cards and game board then taught his brother how to play his version. 🙌 ✨ #makersgonnamake #homemade #homeschool #selfdirectedlearning #unschooling #homemadegames #pokemon

•Snow Fun• Finally. All winter we have had these snow storms that finish with slushy rain leaving it less than desirable to get out and play in. •snow day• Good morning snow!
